There is one I never do, but that's because I don't like the idea of it being possible. Most of the side quests aren't at all meaningless in Prey, and I think are worth doing. In comparison to the moral point system in Dishonored, Prey's is much more complex. I'm not sure if you've played the Metro series, but the moral point system is similar to it, but more realistic. Specifically, if you take a look at the achievements, you'll notice something that seems like morality being judged. It's just that, in more ways than one, your actions have an impact on what ending you can get. I don't know if you've played Dishonored, but this Prey strongly resembles it (not in theme of course) in terms of basic mechanics. If you're thorough about resource collection, resource management shouldn't be too daunting. There are multiple ways to approach each problem or objective. It's not like classic or new Doom with hordes of enemies and running and gunning all of the time (if you've played the game before, it actually can resemble that, albeit with fewer enemies than in Doom). I don't play that many videos games, but I think that it has several main distinctions: It doesn't have aim-down-sights unfortunately.
